Quick Tip Tuesday: Using the CC feature

One of the more simple but very useful features we have in Quicklysign is the CC feature.

Much like the cc functionality in everyday email, this allows the person cc’ed in, to receive a copy of the final signed document, even if they were not involved in the actual signing process.

This is perfect for admin managers, company owners or branch managers, who need to receive a copy of all signed documents. You can also have all completed contracts emailed to one email address. This allows a single person to have control, be informed and keep records of all contracts. Just make sure all your users add the correct email to the cc.

To enable this feature click the cc button under the add signatories button, add the email address. Simple as that. The completed document will now be sent to that email address along with the other signatories.
